This post isn’t so much a recipe as it is a cheap and easy summer dessert idea. If you are looking for an effortless and low-cost dessert for your next summer get-together, this is all you need:
- Frozen grapes - Freeze the grapes for at least two hours before serving
- Chocolate - Include a variety to please all palates
- Sangria slushies - Or red wine or another summery drink
I can’t explain why, but there is something about a shared plate of food that makes any get-together a little more fun and interactive. The dynamic changes just a little bit when food is shared more intimately. This is a dessert to be enjoyed over drinks and conversation, not one to be scarfed down.
I discovered this idea on Jamie Oliver’s website.
