Ten years ago, a dip like this might have been made with cream cheese and sour cream as a base. Today, health-conscious cooks everywhere have discovered the awesomeness of Greek yogurt in everything from frosting to pancakes to ice cream to salad dressings – and far beyond.
This indulgent fruit dip tastes a lot like chocolate-peanut butter cheesecake. If you have a sweet tooth like I do, I think you’re going to love it. It takes less than five minutes to throw together, and is appropriate for an afternoon snack, a casual get-together among friends, and – dare I say it – even breakfast. Minimal effort, maximum deliciousness.
With a Greek yogurt base, this dip has an additive tang that is offset by the best flavor combination ever: chocolate and peanut butter. But don’t be fooled. This dip is quite healthy. The world needs more healthy sweets recipes that actually taste good, don’t you agree?
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this lovely fruit dip.
